Bouclair St. Catharines

We went to Bouclair today to find some furniture. My wife and I found so many options available. Beautiful selections with lots of options for colours and sizes. What was amazing and noteworthy is the level of service you receive at this store. The representatives are courteous, genuine, knowledgeable, and are extremely pleasant to deal with. From the moment we walked in they were very transparent about the promotion going on. We were helped by a few representatives one of them was the supervisor Erika who was so kind and thoughtful and worth mentioning was so knowledgeable about the items and helped us so much. Greatest experience in a furniture store to be honest. Hope you get to go down and see them !

absolutely horrible service and horrible prices 99% of their product is broken or breaks in seconds everything’s stained and ripped. don’t go here unless you want to be robbed

I was disappointed with my experience at this location recently. I came in looking for an item I’d already found online, and the sales woman was rude and abrasive as I was looking through the store, after SHE asked me if I needed assistance. It was the check out experience that was particularly rude, when she asked for my email and I didn’t want to provide one. She suggested that it was required, asked me for it more than once, and didn’t seem prepared to take no for an answer. When I ultimately said no, thank you, just a paper receipt please, she was wildly passive aggressive about it. I don’t know what her deal was that day, but with customer service like that, we’ll be going elsewhere moving forward.

I was greeted by each staff member. All were polite and not at all pushy. I was asked if I need any help and if I found everything I was looking for. When I said I was good and just browsing they said no problem and to let me know to ask if I had any questions. I appreciate that the staff were there if needed but let me wonder around without hovering around me. The woman that processed my items was amazing. We had a lovely conversation and she let me know that their designer will be in the store next week with more Christmas decor. I will definitely be there next week. I really like this store. It is always clean, well stocked, the shelves are tidy and the displays are gorgeous. I tell people about Bouclair all the time and suggest they go to this particular store in St. Catharines. Also, I really like that my CAA membership number is on file so I don’t have to find and present my card each time. This is a small thing but really nice. Wish other companies would do the same.

Such a great store, with stunning pieces at affordable prices. The people in the store are super helpful- shoutout to Erika! I’m super particular about the things I buy for my house as I’m sentimental, and this store has checked every box, I now have a sweet memory attached to my purchase!
