We recently visited Boston Pizza and had such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely amazing — everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. It truly exceeded our expectations. What made our visit even more special was our server, Mary. She provided exceptional service from start to finish. She suggested some great menu options that we ended up loving, and she was incredibly patient and thoughtful with our young children. Dining out with little ones isn’t always easy, but Mary made it feel effortless. She engaged in such warm, genuine conversation with us and made us feel truly welcome. She even got us a heart shaped pizza so we could enjoy a moment of romance fir Valentines amid little ones :) It’s rare to find service that stands out this much. We’ll definitely be coming back — not just for the delicious food, but for the outstanding hospitality as well!

Very disappointed!!. I was quite excited when i saw the picture of the dish mozza sticks. when I received my order I was really disappointed because it was not crispy but very soft and soggy. when i took the first bite i was shocked because i couldn't find any mozzarella cheese. The inside was completely empty and had no seasoning. it was like plain fried dough. these are the worst mozzarella sticks i have ever had.

Honestly, there are no words to describe the quality of the place, the deliciousness of the food, the speed of preparation, and they have a waitress named Mary. She is very nice, respectful, and really fast. They are lucky to have Mary with them... I loved the place, and my child loves the place and he like Mary too. My child asked me to celebrate his birthday in this restaurant.

I visited Boston Pizza last night and had a mixed experience. The pasta was excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal, but the pizza was just average, and the chips were not crisp. The service, however, was exceptional—the staff were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, the water jug provided was old, stained, and didn’t seem clean, which was disappointing. The washrooms were also poorly maintained, which detracted from the overall experience. The restaurant was quite crowded, but it had ample parking, which was convenient. Despite some shortcomings, the great service and good food made the experience fine overall. Improvements in cleanliness would greatly enhance the visit.
