We arrived for a table of 6 unfortunately they couldn't accommodate us we had to get 2 different tables. Our server was very nice, and he was very kind. When a bigger table came available I did ask if we could be moved so we could sit together and they did let us do that however the food was starting to come out and by the time we got moved some of the food was cold. Would we go back yes we would definitely give it a different try however I would suggest to make a reservation if you are a family/group over 4 people!
View on GoogleWe had an amazing experience thanks to Dave and Zack. Dave, was extremely welcoming and sweet from the moment we walked in. He joked with us and created such a fun, comfortable atmosphere that instantly made the place feel more enjoyable. You can tell he truly cares about the guests and the environment he creates. Our waiter, Zack, was just as wonderful. He was super sweet, very respectful, and incredibly patient with us. He made sure everything was perfect and provided excellent service the entire time. Together, Dave and Zack made our visit memorable, and their positive energy really stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back because of them!
View on GoogleThis location used to be my to go, unfortunately I will not be going back there. I will ah I’d give less than 1 star, I will be editing my previous 5star from a few years ago! The Manager Tess is a HORRIBLE person, lacks compassion and customer empathy. We ordered food over the phone, the said they couldn’t deliver, took my 4 very hungry kids to pickup, asked if we could sit to eat, a gentleman explained they’d favour eat-ins over pickups, he also went ahead to say if a seat becomes available they’d let us seat. At that time we decided to ordered another plate of food while waiting, tables obviously became available so I went back to ask the guy at the desk, explained to him how we have been waiting for over 1ins for the last plate of food, why wouldn’t they just let us seat so the kids could quickly eat, then I went ahead to ask about the price difference, which he said there wasn’t a price difference from what we paid vs what they charge for dine-in’s. At that point the manager came came in yelling ‘she’s said we can’t dine in because there’s no seat and she wouldn’t allow takeout to dine in’ she wouldn’t listen… kept yelling, called me rude and vehemently denied we can’t dine in, said it’s our problem we ordered an extra plate of food, which is why we were waiting. Worst part about the entire experience is that they didn’t give everything in our order; 2 chicken fingers kids meal were missing, they didn’t include garlic bread with my pasta even tho it clearly shows it came with garlic bread… and talking about my pasta, what in God’s name is this?(pictured). This isn’t the regular potion plus it’s tasteless. I can go on and on.. in a nutshell Tess change your attitude towards clients. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black and you looking down on us, you need to be a better person.
View on GoogleFood was good but I found the environment not as lively as at other locations. Some gloominess was there inspite of the fact that it was Christmas. Anyways, service was good even though there was some confusion with the order. Food was definitely the plus point. Enjoyed every bit of it. Boston Pizza is one of my kid's favorite place to go so will obviously keep going. Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese and triple thingy platter were good. Drinks were perfect. And my kid's liked the desserts, NY cheesecake and brownies.
View on GoogleAmazing experience. Hands down the best server we've had in a while. We were with 4 adults and 4 chaotic adults and he handled everyone perfectly - with patience and friendliness! Food was good, drinks were good. It was an awesome experience. Also stopped in to have a drink and Chad the bartender was also very friendly!
