Bost Tile Ltd

I came to this tile store after being sent here by a contractor they know and do business with (Brian Harvey/Premier Renovations in Niagara Falls). That connection influenced my decision to proceed with the contractor. I paid the contractor a $1,500 deposit. After that, communication stopped and the work never moved forward. I am attaching screenshots showing the deposit and the lack of response. Brian tried to pull the classic contactor scam of increasing the price drastically after our agreement. While the tile store did not take my money and did not formally recommend the contractor, it is concerning to see a business associated with contractors who leave customers in this position. Relationships between businesses matter, and this experience seriously affected my trust.

Dishonest people who do sloppy work that doesn't last. They managed to make a mess of our flooring and our tiles. Less than 2 years later and things are falling apart. Multiple calls for support have been completely ignored. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

They did a great job! Everything was done in a timely manner and they put alot of attention to detail. Would recommend!

Had an amazing experience for our bathroom renovation. Plenty of help from the ladies at the front while picking tiles, ensuring I had the correct amount of tiles to complete the job without having plenty of leftover. 4 sheets of hexagon tiles leftover and half a case of the subway tiles. The ordered everything and it showed up when they said, the hexagon tiles were delayed a couple days and they let me know as soon as they knew. I strongly recommend anyone who needs flooring or tiles to visit Bost Tile.
