My daughter and I go regularly for a fill. The service is wonderful and the staff are so friendly. Love that they know us by name when we come. Our nails always look and feel amazing when we leave. We’ll definitely continue coming every 2-3 weeks.

My favourite nail salon! The staff are incredibly kind and truly take their time with their work. I had an acrylic fill done with their new cat-eye polish today and I couldn’t be happier. I will absolutely keep coming back. Thank you, ladies! 🤍

I’ve been going here for years then stopped during Covid. I have recently started having my nails done with Jessica and she does an amazing job. They are very friendly and fun loving. I highly recommend them.

I’m so disappointed I went back after a few days as my shellac was chipping which should not happen. They fixed it and now another nail peeled and I was charged 146.00 and won’t return! The thumb has a small bump and that shouldn’t be. I hate to complain but that’s what it is. And I know when I go back they will look at me like I should t be complaining.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews but my experience here was not okay. I went to Bong Nails for the first time with my sisters to get our nails done for my sister’s graduation this past Friday - I got a gel set and paid extra for builder gel explaining to the nail tech that I want my nails to be strong and long-lasting. I ended up paying $55 and with the tip it was around $70. I’m writing this review on a Monday and four of my nails are already chipped badly, the first chip happening Saturday evening, the day after I got them done. (Photos attached are from today) I went back to the salon this morning and requested for my nails to be fixed and was told they were busy, and was asked to leave and make an appointment. They asked if I was just walking in and I explained the situation once more, and they once again asked me to leave and make an appointment (and not very nicely, in front of all the other clients.) There was another lady that came in behind me for a walk-in and she was given a seat to wait in. The morning I got my nails done multiple clients walked in without appointments and despite all nail techs already having clients, they were given a seat to wait in and were given the option to wait. I was given the option to leave and make an appointment, I’m guessing because a nail repair isn’t paid so as a result I was treated differently from other walk-ins, even though I had already paid a premium for this service only three days prior. When this was very clearly poor quality work and a short-fall on their end, I would have expected to at least been offered to wait and have my nails repaired rather than having to re-book an appointment, or to be reimbursed. During the service I also bled in three different spots; the first time due to the nail tech using the cuticle pusher very fast and aggressively, and the second two times were with the sanding tool while the nail tech was looking over at her coworker and not paying attention. I said nothing and endured it to try to avoid an uncomfortable interaction but really I should have spoke up because it’s not okay to draw blood on a client and shrug it off. I will not be returning to this salon. Locals, I recommend checking out Onyx Studio or Nails by Ami.
