Boldt Pools and Spas

After looking at both bromine and salt water systems we decided to go with a salt water hot tub and are very pleased with our purchase. We dealt with Bill Hendle in sales and he was fantastic to work with, patient with all our questions and very knowledgeable in his answers.

When my wife and I decided to have a pool installed in our backyard, the first and only company I considered was Boldt. From the first visit with Greg to the completion of the project, that faith was warranted. When Greg and Brice met us to layout the pool, their knowledge and insights of working in the industry for over 20 years helped us to create an amazing oasis in our backyard. Brice leads his crew extremely well and Jim, Andy, Dan, Chris and Ryan were very professional and hardworking. The crew had so much respect for our property and every day it was clean and safe. As we got our pool installed late in the season, Tony came to connect the mechanical systems and explained our pool systems very well. I look forward to opening the pool this spring.

3 months ago we bought a new house with a hot tub. I was directed to Boldt Pools and Spa for service so I called them up and asked if they could come out to give our tub a once over, let me know what it needed (we suspected a few things) as well as just some general info about it. They sent out Jacob and Jacob is wonderful. He gave me the best orientation of our tub that he could, given our screen on the keypad was broken. He told me what we needed, what we didn't, and gave me all the information I was after. We had Jacob back today to do the screen replacement and bless his heart he was out there in -20 degree weather, working underneath the deck, to install our new screen, and all done with a good attitude and a smile on his face (at least from the small bit of his face I could see under all his winter gear!). Huge kudos to Jacob for his hard work, dedication and knowledge. Also high fives to Naomi for always being a delight to talk to on the phone!

Boldt Installed an inground pool for us this past Spring. We were very impressed with the entire crew who worked on the project. Brice was on top of every detail to ensure the pool was constructed perfectly. After construction was complete, Tony helped train us on how to maintain and use the equipment. It was great to be able to text or call them and they would respond very quickly. The way everyone worked and smiled, you can tell that this is a well run and organized company.

From the very start everyone on the Boldt Team has been top notch. Greg was fantastic throughout the process ensuring we had everything we wanted. Big thanks to everyone involved including Jim, Bryce, Tony and Andy. Very efficiently run crew, very clean at the end of each day. My neighbours were very impressed how respectful they were on the job site and the clean up after each day. There were a few instances where these gentleman went out of there way to make things easier for me (without me asking). Although it was not necessarily in the scope of the contract. This speaks to the care and attention they take when building. Excellent crew, very thrilled with the end result. Thanks Boldt Team!
