Boggio Pharmacy

Huge RED FLAG warning! Do not use this pharmacy, it's not bad enough that everything is priced through the roof, but this this pharmacy is a thief and will steal from autistic people and seniors!!! After 6 months of trying to resolve a billing problem which I brought to the attention of the store several times, these thieves ran my credit card that they had on file when I told them directly that they were NOT allowed to use my credit card until this matter was resolved! They ran it anyway!!! I have been trying to deal with the store as to how the billing came about, and although I am a senior and late diagnosed autistic which I told them, they just kept digging in harder and told me there is no compromise when I suggested that because there had been a miscommunication about how the billing fees worked, Amanda from accounting said, "absolutely NOT, NO COMPROMISE!" Amanda and Sam from accounting are incompetent and horrible people! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have been going to Boggio for the past year, and I can think of only one time I have been treated respectfully. I have big time social anxiety, as well as a learning disability- I find it very difficult to get to get my thoughts across. When I tried to explain something to the assistant about a concern, she said "you are not making sense, you are confusing YOURSELF." I felt so disrespected, and, well, just sad and deflated. I understand people having a bad day, or are stressed out because they are so busy, but this wasn't an isolated incident. You should not be nervous picking up your prescriptions, or asking a question. I will be looking for another pharmacy.

I have a lift chair that was purchased from Boggio’s in Port Colborne. You always hear the negatives about businesses, but not always positives. The staff and the service people are beyond amazing With their clients and I just wanted to say a great big thank you!!! I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of home healthcare needs, and any pharmacy related products! I would give them more than five stars if I was able to!!

I recently was fitted with a Power Chair from the Home Health Care Department with Sally Buxton. Ms. Buxton made the process swift and easy. She did home visits, and with their in-house experienced technician, set the chair up for maximum comfort. All features were explained perfectly and a great comfort level was achieved. This was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

I’ve always been fortunate to have great experiences at Boggio’s. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and take the time you need. They’ve saved me from urgent care visits which has been extremely helpful. I trust their advice and appreciate their service.
