Disgusting employees pulling out of the allanpirt Rd yard didn't even look and pulled out right in front of us in an 80kmh zone. We have 4 kids and a baby in the vehicle. What a bunch of animals driving that big truck. July 9 at approx 4:10pm they were pulling out onto allanport Rd going south.

William just came out to my property after hours to help with a blackwater back up in my basement. He was kind, informative, and the most pleasant plumber I have ever come across. Honestly I think the only happy plumber I've ever come across lol. Quick and efficient, and trudged through the sewage with a smile. I was a complete mental disaster wheb the call was placed and by the time it was said and done , he had me laughing my head off. Thank you so much for your help and just straight up happy demeanor. you saved the day !

great job. I had to have a city drain cleaned out and The worker (Max, I believe was his name, came first from Bob Robinson to check the drain to make sure no gas line issues were present. He was courteous, professional and thorough.Great job. Thanks Max

This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I run a business myself and what was displayed today in my home absolutely disgusted me thinking that There are trades out there working with this type of standard. Recently called the city because all my water is backed up. The city sent out a city worker along with a sub contracted company ( bob robinson & son) •no floor runners or drop sheets • no tarp •plumber walked in with his boots full of slush/snow/rain. • I was courteous enough to empty the main stack the night prior and day of in front of the plumber and city worker when they arrived. I had to go get my floor runners before my NEWLY RENOVATED floor was anymore soaked than it got. I had to use towels to clean up all the water in my basement from his tools melting, and him wearing his boots indoors. This was absolute “ piece work “ at its finest, this guy was 100% not hourly. It wouldn’t even cross my mind to think for a second about wearing my shoes inside of a clients house especially in the middle of thawing winter. Was supposed to get a locate done for the clog I am experiencing. Was told it’s near where my truck is parked. Just a simple point to the ground saying around there. I expressed to the city worker I had .15 seconds to spare if they simply asked me to move my truck in order for them to do a thorough job. I started to request detailed information/ a report of all services done and it was only at that point the city worker thought twice about covering himself and had to CONVINCE the plumber to get out of his truck to do a proper locate because they realized I wasn’t having any of this work done without documentation. OH here’s the kicker! The plumber asked the service guy In front of me “who’s going to pay him to get out and do the locate” and followed with “money talks” I offered him 50$ just so I can have my clarity on my plumbing issue so I can start work. The city worker told him “ he doesn’t have to pay this is covered under the city, please do me a solid” once again, BLOWN AWAY. Not sure if I’m more upset at bob Robinson & son for having people work like this in people’s homes or if I’m more disappointed in the city of Burlington to hire sub contractors like this. As I read the other incredible reviews this company got, i am assuming this was a newer employee or sub because judging by the reviews this company seems excellent and are just being misrepresented by somebody who isn’t performing to the company’s true standards . I don’t want to judge the company based on one employees actions, however this is the image I have if this company now. The story tells itself ,I have no civil words left to say.
