Boathouse

I wish I could share lower than one star. I Purchased nine pairs of fleece pyjama pants and T-shirts for my family for Christmas. The seven ones that matched from out front all fell apart. The first three fell apart immediately within less than 24 hours three of them fell apart within a couple days and one of them fell apart a couple days after that. I reached out to the manager and even went higher. They were so insulting and we’re not willing to do anything at all and basically dismissed us even at a higher Manager level. I will never come back to the store the simple little $40 gift card that they gave us to use. I will probably give away I would rather give it away than ever buy anything from that store again. I would’ve rather gone to Walmart or giant tiger probably would’ve gotten better quality and better service. I expected more from them.

Me as Chris went shopping tonight. The window displays caught our attention and we decided to wonder inside. The clothing was all high quality and displayed nicely. We found a few pairs of pants and were happy with the experience. The pajama pants were particularly soft and inviting.

I haven’t been in a boathouse store in ages and was surprised to see one here. Stopped in and a great selection of stuff (incredibly a ton of ncaa stuff that you never find in Canada). Well kept store and sales associate super helpful and friendly (older lady)! Good work guys !

Stopped at this clothing place today for the first time in 3 years, I'm going back to school in Niagara, and the ladies served me such great customer service today, so shout out to them. Looking forward to coming back!

Bought pants that ripped right below the zipper in a weird spot the day I bought them. Shame because they are comfortable and I was going to buy a few more. But after calling, they said I couldn't return them because I wore them. Which makes sense, I guess. But unfortunately I can't be buying products that you can't stand behind and that rip on first use.
