BMO Bank of Montreal

I would to share, my opinion about The Bank of Montreal at Seaway Mall Branch. I would like let you Guys know this Bank has been awesome to me ever since, I came to Welland about 2 or 3 years ago. I strongly recommend it!

Ryen was amazing…. She helped me activate my credit card and was so polite, humble, and helpful. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant because of her 🥳🥳🥳🫡 #Mad_Respect..

This branch has a rating of 2.1/5 for a reason folks. Extremely disappointing experience at this branch. I encountered unprofessional conduct during a routine banking appointment, followed by poor complaint handling and a complete lack of accountability. Rather than addressing concerns constructively, the situation escalated internally without proper communication or fair consideration of my perspective. The overall experience left me feeling that transparency and professionalism were not priorities here. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering other branches or financial institutions if you value clear communication, respectful service, and fair complaint handling.

BMO has been my bank for a very long time. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Lines can be long at times, but today was quite quick. I wish they still had an office in Port Colborne. I am considering switching all my business accounts to somewhere closer to my home town.

Use atm with caution, I recently try to withdraw from their atm machine and it took my money out of my account but did not dispense the bills. I called the number that’s on the back of the card right away and I was told it would take 2 to business days for my account to be credited. After almost a week I called back in which case they told me it could take up to 15 days or could get it if I went to the branch but when I went there they said I would still have to wait and did not give me a specific date for this would be resolved despite the fact that I have the receipt from the atm which clearly states “could not dispense your cash and your money will be credited shortly”
