40 Years of Excellent Service! I’ve been a customer of this BMO branch for over 40 years, and I can honestly say it’s a five-star branch. The staff have always been professional, friendly, and attentive. Every interaction has been smooth and reliable — I’ve never experienced any mistakes or issues. Despite some negative reviews I’ve read, my personal experience has been consistently outstanding. I truly appreciate the dedication and service this branch provides.
View on Googlethis branch has a large number of employee turn over which lead to an associate signing me up for the incorrect savings and chequing accounts. This caused a huge headache and constant back and fourth with BMO. i ended up closing my account after less than 12 months of having it. i would have liked to support a canadian bank but this issue caused me to bank elsewhere.
View on GoogleThis place is a disaster for mortgages. I've had to go in there three different occasions to do my mortgage over and over again because they have screwed it up 3 months in a row. The last person to fix my mortgage was the manager. She didn't do anything she told me she fixed it and again nothing happened . My mortgage has been due for over 3 months and they keep screwing this up. Do not invest with this Bank these people are not good at their job. Now now I'm getting a lawyer because these people are inept and should never be working in a bank

View on GoogleCurrently, I have some medical issues I am working through. My BMO MasterCard expires at the end of May. I did not receive my replacement card. The branch called the Credit Card division. Since I did not receive my replacement, they will have to block my CURRENT card and I have to wait 3-5 business days for a new one. I explained my situation and was told that was "the best we can do." I have been a loyal BMO card holder since my teens. This left me disgusted and totally disappointed in BMO. In 2025 it should not be this hard to get a replacement card when I am needing it most. You TOTALLY dropped the ball and making me rethink my banking with your institution. Guess I am just another number to you. Shame
