Yash and Harry are very knowledgeable workers. All the staff at this branch are very attentive and pleasant. Never a long line to wait for tellers either.

The worst bank, with the worst communication. 25+ year customer with the bank, and I ended up pulling all my accounts after they sent me a letter in the mail closing a line of credit. Every investment RSPs, car payments, line of credit, and credit card with this bank. Never missed a payment and found out one day I couldn’t transfer from my line of credit to my chequing account, and a follow up letter 3 weeks later to say “ they made the decision to close the account”. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, and after 25+ years of being a customer I can’t believe it. Do not put your trust in this financial institution with your finances.

After banking with RBC for years, it’s so refreshing to be at BMO. The staff are always friendly and my account manager Jay P always goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. I highly recommend BMO and Jay if you’re in St Catherine’s or NOTL.

Was transferred here when Fort Erie bank closed, I’ve been trying for over a month to close an account and can’t seem to get any service. I was shocked when entering this bank for the first time last week, waited 20 minutes in line to be told I need an appointment and handed me another employee’s business card. Tried contacting them only to find out they were out of the office for another 2 weeks. And don’t bother calling unless you know the employees extension, the main phone number goes to voicemail and the mailbox is always full. I mentioned this to an employee and they told me it’s always full. Terrible service.

THE WORSE BANK I HAVE BEEN TO IN MY LIFE . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Every time I go there I have to wait atleast 25 mins to see a teller. There’s usually only 1 person working or two if your lucky and even with the second person they don’t care if your waiting . Nobody will check the customers and ask them if they need help they just watch the line grow and act like they don’t care . Absolute worse bank I have ever been to in my life especially this montrose location
