Worst customer service ever, they try to ignore you as a customer and make you feel bad for requesting to open the fitting rooms.

Okay! I went in for one thing and left with like 15. Marissa and Serena were amazing, despite dealing with a crazy customer while we were there! They remained professional, calm and got them in and out while helping everyone else in the store tonight! Good job ladies! I will be back!!

Bought a white hoodie and when I went to try it on I noticed multiple blue stains on it and when I asked if I could get a discount the guy told me he wasn’t able to so I asked if it’s possible to get a refund if I didn’t like it and buddy told me I could only get a store credit and said I couldn’t get the credit if I tried to wash it or attempt to get the blue stains off. Very terrible customer experience and support

I had such a wonderful experience at Bluenotes! The collection was absolutely incredible. The women at the reception was super kind and welcoming. She made the whole shopping experience feel really comfortable and pleasant. It’s rare to find a place that has both great fashion and great customer service, but Bluenotes truly impressed me. I’ll definitely be visiting again!

3 staff. I was the only person in the store. I don't really like being coddled in a store, but a quick "hello there" wouldn't kill anyone. The male cashier, in response to me genuinely thanking him for help with an exchange was "sure.". Honestly, it's a pretty great job. I managed as a store as a young man, and worked in a lot of places. Do a bit better. Thanks.
