Blue Leaf Cleaners & Alterations

My son and I live in Stoney Creek and make the trip to Blue Leaf Cleaners in Grimsby almost every week. Our clothes are always cleaned properly and ready on time. One of the things I really appreciate is that all the cleaning is done on-site. This gives me peace of mind, as I’ve had bad experiences at other places where items went missing. The customer service is also good. They always call or text me when my clothes are ready for pickup, which is so convenient. Their pricing is also good, and the overall experience is positive. If they added alteration services and a fitting room, it would truly make this a one-stop shop for my clothing needs. That small addition would go a long way for customers like me. Overall, I highly recommend Blue Leaf Cleaners for anyone looking for reliable and professional dry cleaning in the area.

I recently went to Blue Leaf Cleaners in Grimsby and brought in 5 jackets, 1 of which was leather, for dry cleaning services. The leather jacket had to be sent out for specialty service and so ended up taking a little longer. I originally wrote a poor review. For whatever reason there was an issue with me receiving their messages about the status of my order and the leather cleaning took longer than expected by a decent margin. Totally out of their control. When picking up my leather jacket, I also thought something was amiss. In hindsight I was overthinking things. Unfairly to the team at Blue leaf I wrote a very negative review without even raising the issue to hem directly. I was blown away by their customer service after making a poor review on google. They followed up and called me and offered to make things right by giving my jacket a once over to check if anything was amiss. I very much respect both the promptness and customer-minded attitude of the staff at blue leaf and while I was on the fence before I will definitely be back.

I took my son’s suits there and they were in rough shape. They did an amazing job. The employee that helped me said she cleaned them twice for me to get them back to mint condition. They looked like brand new suits, which was a miracle since they had been worn very well for two years by my son. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Customer service was top notch!

A very positive experience, any time I have brought my clothes here! The staff are very friendly/helpful. Efficiency with each visit, and the staff go above and beyond each time. Most recently, I received my winter coats back and were like brand new again !! Very happy with the service. Thank you.

Very poor customer service! Sent in multiple linens to be cleaned to which I was charged an obscene amount. I assumed with the amount I was being charged that everything would come back spotless. Unfortunately 3 of my linens came back far worse than when I dropped them off. 2 of them have some sort of large black marks on them now which wasn’t there before (one them also having a new yellow stain) and the other covered in fuzz and what appears to be cat hair? Sent email with no response as well as called the manager (received phone number from the Grimsby location). Left a message with no response as well! Do not recommend as I know have to figure out how to clean the linens by myself.
