Husband was part of an out of province wedding party. They never "received" the email with his measurements, which happened; it seems email is not their strong point. Upon pick-up my husband did not get his tie (so had to borrow someone else's tie for the wedding), and never got an itemized receipt so he didn't know what he even purchased - only that it cost more than quoted. The clerk present had no idea. This was not the service we'd expect.
