Outstanding! Thank you to the highly talented team at Bittersweet Symphony for not only creating our beautiful wedding cake, but for making it such a memorable part of our special day. This business offers competitive pricing without sacrificing quality, and they meet every request with respect, attention to detail, and passion for their craft. During our tasting appointment, we were given a bunch of pastry-sized cakes to sample popular flavours and went with lemon curd with vanilla buttercream, something we never imagined choosing but we and all of our guests (even those who don't like lemon) LOVED it! We calculated to have extra cake despite having a smaller wedding, but ended up eating the entire thing! And later in the evening people were even looking for more. It was absolutely delicious and our friends and family still talk about it. Aside from its amazing taste, our cake was decorated exquisitely – I can be picky, but the team gracefully brought to life the lambeth style I requested and I was blown away seeing it on our wedding day. The team also included white glove delivery and set everything up at our venue like seasoned professionals. It was perfect. We loved our cake so much that we have since ordered others just like it (see photos) and the quality and consistency will keep us coming back! Bought Oreo cookies cheesecake . I find the topping was overdone. I was hoping it blow me away in terms of taste and baking. I had been to Cheesecake Factory and Red Ganache. I know the quality and taste of a good cheesecake. I thought the recommendation was not as I expected. Anyway, kudos to the owner for the business in Niagara Falls.

Have to say a quick thank you. Ordered the cupcake bouquet and was visually stunning as well as excellent cake. A lot of times the cake is too heavy but not the case with this place. Excellent overall experience. Definitely would order again for future celebrations.

My partner surprised me with this custom cake for my birthday and I am in LOVE!!! Not only was everything edible but the cake itself was really soft and moist and delicious too. Even the box it came in was beautiful. They did a really good job!! We even cut it from the back so we didn’t mess up the front of it right away, it’s so pretty!
