Flawless service! Bird's handled the first leg of my move from Welland to Igloolik Nunavut, and they packed everything perfectly to survive the long journey. The workers got everything done methodically and quickly, and saved me a lot of stress. I was surprised to hear that it wasn't the first time they handled a move to Nunavut - that's how you know they are seasoned pro's! Thanks for doing such a great job!

We used Birds to move in August, and found the guys to be polite and respectful. However we ultimately wouldn’t use them again as the amount of breaks that they took was excessive and frustrating. We ended up being able to move a lot of our boxes early so had far less than the time we initially were estimated. They did start efficiently but once they seemed to realize there wasn’t as much there they slowed right down and dragged out the amount of time to still fill the quoted time.

Our experience with Bird's was all around excellent. They gave us a competitive quote based on a video call assessment of our items to be moved. On the day of, the crew of four lead by Michael were very efficient, careful, and kind. It took stress off our move between Hamilton and Niagara knowing the heavy lifting was in skilled hands. Every item arrived safely, in good condition. Would highly recommend!

Bird’s Moving & Storage located in St. Catharines, Ontario did a perfect job & the most efficient & professionally job humanly possible in moving all of our household heavy furniture & 100 boxes of stuff on October 20-21, 2025 from Niagara Falls, Ontario to Charlottetown, PEI. The Guys from Birds Moving & Storage did a fantastic job with my move from St. Catharines to Welland last month. It was a great experience from start to end. They were respectful, efficient and organized - loaded and unloaded without any fuss. They brought everything carefully and reassembled the furniture - they worked very hard the whole day. There was a situation but the guys took charge and made the entire process a much less stressful experience. Pricing was reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them.
