I had a lovely experience at my bracing assessment today with Izzie. She was very professional, patient, kind, and understanding. She listened to me adress my concerns and very clearly explained how a brace would help me and helped me to understand and acknowledge what is causing my pain which helped me understand what’s going on! She was very thorough, patient and detailed through my appointment and gave me simple yet helpful solutions. I would highly recommend Izzie for any of your concerns !!

Went to BioPed last Thurs,was having problems with orthotics that were not made by them.Erin was fantastic I was experiencing lots of pain with my old ones.Today I can honestly say the pain is there but not as before,Erin thank you so much very pleased so far.

I've been dealing with BioPed for quite some time now and the service I get there is phenomenal! They really take the time to listen to you and make suggestions to alleviate any discomfort or pain. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, with a shout out to Erin at the Stoney Creek store. She always explains in detail what to expect and is very efficient, friendly and caring. I will continue to bring my business there and would give it a 10 out of 10!!

Foot pain is no joke. Walking is one of the best forms of exercise, but if your feet hurt, it's more pain than gain. I already had orthotic inserts through a chiropractor when I first found Bioped via a recommendation from another shoe store. They listened to my issues, were very knowledgeable, and directed me to my now-favorite shoes ever! I've bought three pairs from them and thought that maybe I should get an extra pair of inserts. The experience was completely different this time at Bioped! Erin analyzed my foot issues thoroughly and provided detailed explanations of why I was suffering. She diagnosed the right orthotic insert for my shoes, took a 3D picture of my feet, and, two days later, I received a hand-made support system that made my shoes even more comfortable and supportive. Now, I'm walking on clouds! The right support is everything.

Wonderful that they customize the orthotics in less than a week and they do it at the same clinic, Erin is very professional and honest, she helped my Mom getting her footwear and knee support brace. Thank you Erin
