Based on my busy schedule they managed to get me in super fast for an assessment. Got what I needed and on my way to recovery. Super friendly staff and extremely helpful. Just what we need in today's world.

What an incredible experience at BioPed. I’d been struggling with bad shin splints from running and decided to stop in. Hannah at the front desk greeted me right away and booked me an appointment for the very next day. When I came back, Dr. Lindsay examined my foot, had me walk back and forth several times, and explained everything in detail using terms I’d never even heard before. Dr. Michaela took notes throughout the process. They set me up with a new pair of shoes that feel amazing—I’m genuinely excited for my next run. The whole team made me feel welcome and truly taken care of.

Jackie went above & beyond to understand how I could best be helped with my foot problems post surgery. She was careful and meticulous in measuring my feet for orthotics, crafting them herself & fine tuning them to ensure they adapted well to correct the numerous problems I had been having. The care I received from Jackie at BioPed Grimsby was outstanding & I could not recommend her more.

Lindsay has been amazing and helped me out so much when a different company messed up my orthotics and compression socks measurements and she went above and beyond to fix the issue and she didn’t have to do that but she wanted to make it right even though it wasn’t their error. I will always go to Bioped in Grimsby as they have amazing customer service and have the best team! Everyone has been so helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you for everything you have done for me and my family!

What a super welcoming environment. All the staff were informative, professional and patient. I saw Jackie who was very thorough in my assessment and recommended both custom and off the shelf orthotics. Great attention to detail and a very comfortable experience. Highly recommend.
