Last September, we bought a used Trek TT bike for my son. The bike can turn left and right, but it doesn’t turn freely, possibly due to an internal cable issue in the cockpit. We brought it to this shop because they claim to be a Trek distributor. We were surprised by a repair quote of around 800. While the bike is full carbon, the issue does not seem major, and the price felt excessive. It gave us the impression that the quote was based on the bike’s appearance rather than a reasonable solution for customers with a limited budget. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
View on GoogleI was able to walk in with my bike and get the rear tire flat fixed while I waited. The price was very reasonable. The service person took time to explain the nature of the flat and proper air pressure maintenance in my tires. Also how to use my air pump properly to get the required air pressure in my tires.I bought some cycling clothing while I was there as well and he was very helpful in the selection. It was a very good experience all around.
View on GoogleI will say this should be a 4 star, but I went into today they can't fix bikes they didn't build or sell to you. But they'll sell you the part you need 100%, recommend coming here the guys are very nice and understanding. And will even tell you proper installation steps pull out YouTube, and fix it this place is awesome. If I need another part to fix my bike I'm coming here, and if I need a really expensive or hard to fix part replaced. I'm coming here, and just buying a new bike in general and whenever I got a issue I'll buy the part try to fix it, and if I can't I'm going here. Buy a bike from here it's worth it, they allow you to try and fix your bike instead of spending a thousand on a new bike. Yes it's an investment as you have to buy one of there's, but it's better then having to buy a new bike every time. a really hard to get or fix part happens. It's almost like a 90s style of business model just adapted to nowadays, as back in the day you could buy a reliable car. From almost anywhere, and get a replacement part and fix it yourself to save money. Now when you try to do the same thing you gotta buy a new bike, or spend 100 or 200 dollars just on maintenance. Without the part cost, and tax even included but here buy one of their bikes. Fesl like the 90s again being able to fix your own stuff, without spending a fortune.
View on GoogleI love how honest the staff are in their recommendations and how helpful in general they are. They're all very knowledgeable on the bikes and it's a great way to go about sales. Also, they have a lot of the items which you may need for biking and can answer loads of questions. I definitely recommend them as a good bike shop! Almost all of my whole family has gotten bikes from them!
View on GoogleZero rating honestly. I bought a brand new bike ( marin gravel ) on July 24th , 2 weeks later I had an issue with a shifter and front brake and when I called, they said bring it and we will keep it for 2 days and let you know the problem And it might take another week to fix it . It’s my fault that I did not ask all detailed questions before buying the bicycle. I think I learned I’m naïve As I just trust people. Please do not blame it on the busy season and how busy you are. I went to another shop and I got it fix instantly. I decided to not come to your shop as talking to dishonest people will shorten my life . Your apology is not accepted Plus I have to replace a broken part that supposed to be brand new. My name is Jaafar alsadeq. From dunnville Ontario.
