BIG TUNA ASIAN CUISINE

Great all you can eat sushi. Everything was really good! Fast service, good staff. I would totally recommend it for an all you can eat sushi restaurant. Probably a little too expensive though, so come hungry to get your money's worth.

‼️Go-to AYCE in the Niagara Region!!‼️ Big Tuna has consistently been at the top of my list when it comes to AYCE and buffet-style restaurants. The food is always amazing, with great service and ambiance. The price is also, so far, the cheapest for AYCE in Niagara Region. I try other places, but I always end up coming back again and again. Pros: ▪︎ The tataki, especially the beef and salmon, is. out of this world! ▪︎ The sashimi is always so fresh. ▪︎ The curry pumpkin soup is top-notch. You rarely see places nail this soup. ▪︎ The short ribs are delightful. You can taste the time and effort put into the marination. ▪︎ Their house dressing is one of a kind. It could definitely compete with other dressings if bottled and sold in the market. And honestly, so many more. The list would go on and on if I wrote down all the menu items. 😅 ▪︎ They’re also always very accommodating of my dietary requirements every time. ▪︎ Of course, not to mention the ample amount of free parking. Cons: ▪︎You will definitely exceed your daily calorie limit. 😬😅 (Visit on cheat days! 🤣)

The food was okay, but my rating was lowered significantly due to the portion size. Shown in the photo, the large container is my entree, and the small container is the rice that comes with it. There wasn’t even enough rice to eat half of the entree with. Super disappointing that I had to make more rice before I could eat dinner, especially because the menu doesn’t specify the portion size. You’d hope the rice that comes with a meal would be enough to serve the whole dish. Aside from that, the food did taste good. We ordered Chicken with Broccoli, and Black Pepper Beef. Both very good. I’d give this place another try in person, but not hopeful.

Food tastes are ok, The variety of food is much less than before. The first batch of dishes was served very quickly, but when it came to our home dishes, we had to wait for a very long time. We watched as the waiter served the same dishes as us to guests at other tables, but didn't serve us either. Is a buffet designed to prevent guests from eating too much? My friend and I always have to wait for a long time after finishing our orders and we don't clear the plates either.

Big tuna probably has to be one of the better sushi restaurants in Saint Catherine’s though I found the presentation lacking in the all you can eat sushi the quality was there. The texture and freshness of the sashimi was fantastic compared to other restaurants in the area and the rice was on point. I found the service quick and helpful.
