Big Brothers Big Sisters of Niagara

Applied for this organization years ago and were to fussy with getting volunteers. Yes one does need a car to get around, but could not accommodate to those who don’t drive. Nothing is cheap in this world when it comes to affording transportation. Last they used to complain that they needed volunteers really bad for mentors. When you’re so fussy with your process and screening. It’s really hard to find good people especially if one is too busy to commit. Glad I never applied again after. 1 star from me.

My daughter had a big sister during a very difficult time in our lives. This was such a positive experience that I began volunteering in the Nearly New Store as a way of giving back. I enjoyed it so much that I stayed even after my daughter aged out of the program. I love this organization
