Went here for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed with the customer service and the cleanliness. I wasn’t too sure what I wanted and I showed them an inspo picture and they replicated it perfectly! I’m very happy with my nails, definitely recommend!

I have been going to Bestpro Nails for 7 to 8 years now. I have been to many many salons over the years. In my opinion Bestpro Nails is by far THE BEST! Hanna is my girl she does an amazing job. When i say it's ok she does let me go till I am 100% satisfied and say it's perfect! The atmosphere is professional relaxing and friendly . Over the years I have seen many men come in for manicures and pedicures. It's not just for us ladies. They sell gift certificates that would make a perfect gift to pamper someone or yourself. Thier prices are more then fair great hours. An appointment is not always needed but best but they will try and fit you in. Very accommodating I highly recommend Bestpro Nails you will not be disappointed.

I have been going to Hannah for years and I'm always happy. If anything ever needs a second look it is corrected immediately at no charge. I am very hard on my nails and I am always pleased with the job an advice that she gives me. I would recommend this place for a pedicure and manicure any day. they are the best!!!

I absolutely love and adore Hannah! She is the best nail lady ever!! She always makes sure my nails are perfect and that I’m in love with them. I won’t go any where else. Best place ever hands down!

I’ve tried this place out twice now - the first time I got a shellac French manicure and the French tips were not clean at all . They weren’t smooth lines but from far away you couldn’t tell so I brushed it off. I had my second experience here today (same girl as last time did my nails) and it was a poor choice. I shouldn’t have wasted my time again honestly. To begin with, the colours of their shellac they show you on the nail wheel vs. The actual colour they bring - completely different. I had to go back and forth 4-5 times trying to find a colour because when I was brought the actual polish it was way darker than what I’d picked. They finally told me they found it and it must have just been labelled wrong, but they just gave me a different variation of the pink I wanted.. and this isn’t what I wanted. it’s really frustrating when people are so focused on money they don’t care about the actual experience for the client just getting the money. It shows. My nails were rushed again, there’s still polish on my hand that she didn’t wipe away and she also cut me with her little tool when she was filing my nails. I didn’t see it at the time but I felt it. I went home and showed my boyfriend who paid for it and he said what the hell did you pay for there’s polish still left on your hand I could have painted those better for you . I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend you waste your time here.
