Staff is great very kind and helpful. Some small issues multiple days at the breakfast bar I would pull out a dirty knife or two before I found a clean one. Also depending on your kids ham and beans being 2/4 hot options at the breakfast bar 2/4 days might not be a winner. Rooms are standard, bathrooms do the job but are definitely due for an update. My biggest issue here was parking, it was not a busy time that I stayed here but it was very hard to find parking and had to park on the complete opposite corner of the hotel from my room.

We stayed for 3 nights during our kid's hockey tournament, and this was the best experience we ever had, mostly due to extremely helpful and responsive front desk staff. The hotel has a clear set of rules for hockey families, and a curfew, which is great if you and your athlete need rest and good night's sleep. The front desk staff was more than happy to respond to people not following those rules (2am running and screaming down the corridor). Breakfast and free parking was included in the price, which adds up in other places if you're staying longer, so that was a great addition. There's even an EV charger provided by the hotel. Kids loved the pool and the arcade room, and whoever came up with that combo is a genius. Also, it's located across from Kelsey's and Montana's for team dinners, and Costco Business is next door. Amazing. One point deduction is for the HVAC; it's an old wall unit that's not 100% insulated, and is quite loud and ratchety, making it difficult for light sleepers like myself to not be bothered by it, but nothing that a pair of earplugs can't fix. It was too cold to leave it off, so cranking it up to be continuously on during the night would also be a solution. All in all, I would come back here in a heartbeat! And thank you front desk staff for your flexibility for late checkouts.

This place made me realize just how consistently good Best Westerns are, and this one is even better that that. The rooms appear to have been recently refreshed, particularly the bathroom, and done properly. Staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. Of note in this day and age is you still get daily house keeping. Hotel does a good job of keeping the hallway noise to a minimum which helps to give a good night's sleep. Location is hyper convenient. Highway, groceries, restaurants, etc... all within walking distance/2 minute drive. Kudos to this Best Western. Clearly well managed with an excellent staff.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Best Western. This isn't my first stay in Best Western but certainly it was my first stay here. They have pool tables and different games for kids which me & my husband enjoyed at the middle of the night. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool at evening. Their Breakfast Buffet was also great with so many options. Only thing I was surprised that they never pick up their call. I have tried multiple time in both Front Desk & in the cleaning department but they never answer their call. & also they're in the middle of construction which made a little harder to park our car at front. They still take 250$ damage charge which is kinda disappointing as a lot of hotels doesn't do that anymore.

It was available on short notice. The staff we encountered during our stay were very nice. The room was clean and the shower had lots of hot water. It is an older building that is showing its age though. The heating unit in our room would not lower the heat temperature. We tried to move it from 73 down to 68, but ended up sweltering. I got up in the middle of the night, managed to wrestle the exterior door open, and let cold air in. The we just turned off the heat unit. Breakfast buffet was included. It was hot and cold. There was not a huge variety, but there was enough choice. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the hospital where I had a very ill relative. This photo is an artwork on the wall near the lobby.
