Best Western Plus Rose City Suites

Rooms were very noisy. Poor sleep due to frequent noise. Kitchenette sink randomly filled with soapy water coming up the drain. Highly recommend not having food in the sink

Shout out to Best Western Rose City Suites, specifically Lynn front desk manager, and Trinity front desk clerk. Lynn was very accommodating with our travel plans and Trinity was such a welcoming face and a wealth of information for us. The room was spotless, spacious and very homey. Highly recommended for a home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Yhe creaky floor prevents you from getting a good night's sleep, because it feels like your neighbor from the floor above is walking on your head. But for a business trip, it's not critical. By the way, the hotel has very tasty coffee and Belgian waffles that you can make yourself. As a suggestion, I would recommend giving people who have completed the check-in the opportunity to use the coffee machine as a kind of welcome bonus. After a long journey, you want to relax without having to run to Tim Hortons.

My son and I stay every Christmas. It's convenient to have a full kitchen. I just want to give a shout out to John at the front desk. He went out of his way to help us with a tv problem and was very pleasant. Looking forward to next Christmas.

I stayed here for my anniversary trip on 8/22. I was really impressed with the hotel and the location. The room was great, the bead was comfortable and peaceful. I liked the breakfast and the different selections. I loved the location of the hotel. It was peaceful and only 28 minutes from the falls. There was much in the surrounding area as far as local stores and restaurants. The only reason I rated it a 4 stars is because the plumbing system needs to be checked into. My tub and sink in my room drained extremely slow which left standing water in the tub when I was showering and the same in the bathroom sink. That was the only thing that did not make it perfect. I would definitely stay here again every trip.
