I recently bought an Apple Watch SE (11) from Best Buy, and I had a great experience thanks to Muskan Sharma. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me choose the right watch. Muskan explained all the features clearly and made the whole buying process smooth and comfortable. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the experience even better. Thank you, Muskan, for your help and professionalism. I truly appreciate your support and would highly recommend her to anyone shopping at Best Buy.

I have genuinely never laughed that hard while making a purchase before and have never felt inclined to leave a review anywhere before. I actually looked back at the receipt to see who it was that checked us out. Thank you Ian for making the experience so great.

I cannot say enough good things about the level of customer service I received from virtually every person I dealt with in the St. Catharines store. They were professional, knowledgeable, attentive and clearly committed to getting things sorted despite the (according to the Apple rep) pathetic wifi service! Had it not been for Akshat, it would not have been possible to get it sorted. Fantastic people! Dismal wifi! lol
View on GoogleI visited best buy to look at some Ereaders sizes. I have difficulty picturing sizes so I needed to see actual products to decided. As I approached the first sales person she directed me to the closest salesperson to the product near the enterence. He was unable to hear well what I needed. He responeded abuptly and confirm that we don't have any of what you are looking for here to show you. As this respond didn't match my expectation of a customer service of such a well known store with all technology products that one could imagine. I have driven from Welland just to do that! I went around and approached another salesperson whose name was GEE. I was fully surprised as he knew how to listen well and confirmed that he understood my needs and he asked me politely with graciousness to follow him to explain to me and help me picture that. He approached the Ipads/Ereader area and grabed a measuring tape and showed me exactly what I should be looking for and how to know what it means when I read about the sized. That was an excellent customer service for me. I wanted to apprecitate that. Salesmen are not machines that can't strech to support custmoers and it is absoultely ok that all cutomers will not know exactly how to figure out things for themselves. I think Gee is an added value to this place.
View on GoogleSCAM ALERT!!! best buy, more like worst buy. horrible experience. if i could leave zero stars i would. i purchased nintendo switch joycons here and opened the package to not only see they were the wrong colours, but upon looking closer, these joycons didn’t even have the joysticks attached. i took them out of the packaging and they have clear physical damage from long time use, and are taken apart. this isn’t the first time this has happened. i bought something sealed (& EXPENSIVE), and upon opening, it is someone’s VERY used/damaged product in place of the brand new item i chose and PAID FOR. this is ridiculously unprofessional and so careless that they can let people return the wrong items and in part, scam future customers. for such a big chain of stores, it’s absolutely unacceptable to have such poor systems in place to make sure they are selling what they say they are. i’m SO annoyed. do so much better. this shouldn’t be happening ever. IF YOU ARE BUYING SOMETHING EXPENSIVE FROM HERE, SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP AND OPEN IT IN STORE TO VERIFY YOU HAVENT BEEN SCAMMED INTO BUYING SOMEONES USED TRASH.
