I found Dr.Beshay To be very caring and understanding, he took time to explain everything to me. He was very patient. And his staff are lovely. I was going through so many doctors appointments at the time having gone through another surgery and I would lose track of my appointments I would have to call their office and his staff was so patient with me sending me reminders taking the time to send me email updates of when my appointments were. Yes I read reviews about his office but you have to understand he’s in an older building in Welland. Every doctor in that building has an older office. Who cares you’re not going there for the decor you’re going there for personal care. And I would highly recommend him

I was referred to Dr beshey r had four tests beginning in August ending November the 10th as of today January 7th I'm being told my results I'm on a waiting list to get them this is a heart doctor I need to know if I have an issue and he will not give me my results I am looking for a new cardiologist stay away from him he can't be bothered to pick up the phone to tell you if you have a problem I told my husband if I die of a heart attack to sue since I haven't been told if I have an heart problem if he's that busy he needs to retire or hire a helper it's a simple phone call or visit to be told I'm ok or I'm not

My husband saw this doctor today as his previous cardiologist had moved and meds had been changed. He was condescending, rude, dismissive and spoke to him as if he was God. My husband felt like a child being betrated. This "doctor" needs a reality check....he's just a person like everyone else. What goes around comes around. Shame on you!

Something is wrong psychologically with this doctor. He asked if I had any questions and when I proceeded to ask I was condescended and he did not even answer my question. Plus he tried to embarrass me or make me feel bad for no reason at all. Total abuse of his position. His office in Welland is filthy. Toilet disgusting and in the actual room stuff on the ground. Equipment not wiped down garbage full and bag not properly fitted. I was not told I would have to pay for parking. I ended up getting a ticket because I didn’t want to delay the appointment. I was told the machine was in front of the building. There was no machine or instructions. I did not have a credit card so I was stuck. Nurse was rude too by saying my appointment should not take long if I don’t ask questions. I’m in healthcare and I have to say this experience has been appalling! I was scared to even ask if the equipment was disinfected because it did not seem like it at all. They need a check up from their professional college. I will be asking for another referral. Hopefully there are better options.

I took my 80 year old mom to see Dr. Beshay. She had a very risky open heart surgery and has been following up with him. I was with her, thankfully. He was VERY rude and disrespectful to her. He got mad at her because she wasn't sure what medications she was on, that she didn't have a list with her. However, the office already had a copy of her medications that he could have looked up. Then he proceeded to tell her that the next appointment with be via video. I told him my mom does not have any cell phone, computer or tablet to use. He told me that this is the way all doctors are taking care of their patients. I told him he was wrong. He told me that if she can't talk to him through video, then instead of 4 months to follow up, she will have to wait 6 months! Within this whole appointment he was more focused on my mom not having her list of medications and not having a way to talk to him through video call, that he didn't talk much on how my mom is doing! This doctor needs to learn that not all people have these resources or are able to use them! He also needs training in social communication. He needs to treat each patient individually. If I can help it, my mom WON'T be back to see him!
