Very good doctor understanding the patients problem and solve them.

Had to cancel my appointment because the receptionist was so rude/ ignorant, apparently she hasn’t learned how to deal well with people, I would rather die of copd or what ever is going on with my lungs then have to meet her in person….

Never ended up meeting the Dr but the receptionist I spoke to was ignorant and extremely rude.

I just had my first appointment with Dr.Bertley. I found the ladies at the desk pleasant and the doctor himself was fantastic. Very personable, honest and a good sense of humor. He made me feel very comfortable and not rushed at all.

Very nice.polite and honest. And a good sense of humor.
