They just laid a new vinyl floor in our basement as part of a restoration after a flood. They are excellent. The instore staff are very knowledgable which was extremely impressive considering the amount of materials they have to choose from. Huge selection (and during these times they were very good about letting us know what was Canadian made). The install looks great and the crew were very good as well as polite. And they followed up with a phone call a few days after the install to see how things looked. Would highly recommend.

We had bert Vis come and do carpet in our basement as we renovated it and added a few rooms. First Henry Vis from the sales department came out and did a quote, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and overall made choosing the right carpet super easy for us. Next Willum from the scheduling department contacted us to setup an install date and time. Again, Willum like Henry was super friendly and catered to our needs. Then finally the installers came and did an incredible job. The 2 gentleman who came were super friendly and were very quick. We thank Bert Vis for an amazing job and I wouldn’t choose anyone else to do my next flooring project. Thanks again to the Bert Vis team and if you were undecided if you were going to choose Bert Vis for your flooring needs, I’d say you need to give them a chance, they won’t let you down!
