Berg Equipment

This is my experience with Berg Equipment while working with them to purchase a used Kubota compact tractor. Living in Northern Ontario, reasonably priced used tractors are difficult to find, so I began searching online throughout the province. After many hours of research and contacting several retailers, I decided to enter into a contract with Berg Equipment based on the following: Making the Deal: The sales management team is very knowledgeable, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and provide excellent after-sales support. I can confidently say that they do what they say. The pickup process was seamless—from accounting to the service department, and finally to the helpful salesperson who safely loaded and strapped down the unit. After-sales follow-up was completed within the first week. A couple of minor issues were identified, and the replacement parts were shipped directly to me in a timely manner. I am very impressed with my entire experience with Berg Equipment. They truly say what they do and do what they say.

Ben and everyone at Burg Equipment were excellent to deal with. We couldn't be happier with the new MX5400 we bought. They were very knowledgeable and quickly determined which tractor would fit our needs. All around a great company with great people and products.

A family owned and operated business. A large inventory of tractors, implements, and equipment for farms and projects, small or large. I walked into a new building and was greeted by a kind gentleman who was cleaning. The place was spotless. I got what I came for, a 49" rototiller and they placed it inside my trailer. There was a little confusion amongst staff on specs for the PTO shaft as everyone seemed to be looking for a guy named Ben. I was amused and didn't wait long for service. Which gave me time to explore the show room. A shout out to Chris Berg-Wolfe for the conversation and dashing smile. Update: shout out to Court Rose in Sales, Dave in Service and Roger the driver! I have purchased my first New Tractor, a B-Series with quick detach loader, suitcase weights and a rear discharge mower on the 3-point hitch! The team at Ben Berg listen to their customers and genuinely put them first to ensure complete satisfaction.
