The woman that's working there right now was super friendly, I absolutely loved her energy and her spirit, I'm glad she gets to retire, rest and relaxation. 👏 I am saddened to hear about the company and the stores location in the mall. 😔 I haven't yet shopped in this location as I just moved to Welland, but my first impression of the store was a great one. Thank you lovely lady. I hope you enjoy retirement with your family. 😊

Tried to find a wallet. There was very little in stock. Consequently, I went to the sale woman at the desk and said hello. She was on her computer and didn't even look at me or reply to me. Waste of time to go to this store location.

I went into the store looking for luggage. I ended up with a case at a great price, but the employee seemed bothered to help. She stood behind the desk the whole time and pointed at things to answer my questions, not once did she come out from behind the desk to help. Not impressed with her customer service.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. Coming in with my 3 grandchildren to buy new backpacks and lunch pails. While my granddaughter and I were looking through the backpacks an older sales associate came over and started organizing stacking the backpacks that we were looking at. She pushed the ones out of my granddaughters hand while giving us dirty looks. Honestly the kids were really good. I wish I could express the interaction better. It's was like she didn't want us in there touching anything. I spent almost $150.00. I would have walked out if the kids didn't want them so badly. I won't be back if they same lady is working there. You are supposed to make your customers feel welcome not like you don't want them there.

I just want to thank Shelly at Bentley for looking after me! I had an issue with a piece of luggage I purchased the day before I left for a trip. She was able to handle my concern and looked after my needs for a new piece of luggage in a professional and timely manner. I appreciated her taking the time and figuring out the best solutions to assist me. We have purchased all our luggage at this location and will continue to do so! Thank you Shelly!
