The customer service is exceptional! You never feel rushed as they go above and beyond to help you find just the right colour. I do not have a good eye for colour, so I really appreciate their expertise and patience. They have wonderful specials like free sample Friday. The store's environment is very friendly and they also offer coffee or a cold drink while you browse wall paper books and paint chips. What a great shopping experience that I highly recommend! Really great experience picking a stain for our decks. Very nice staff. The store is also spotless with excellent lighting, which was helpful in making our selections on colour and finish. We had been looking at the book of options but the wall samples here are completely different and much closer to the real thing!

I had a very pleasant customer service experience at Decorators Hub this week. I wanted to change the colour in the family room to a neutral tone but was unsure. Karen helped me immensely with the colour choice, we went back and forth with several colours and tones. Karen also helped encouraged me with the idea of painting the wooden tv stand with a dark gray tone to ‘pop’ against the neutral wall colour. Eden was also very helpful with her feedback. I was so excited with the paint choices we made, I started painting the same evening. The store has a very nice selection of painting tools and I went home with everything I needed to start the project. I highly recommend Decorators Hub for any painting project, big or small.
