True Residents are safe here because if they have dementia they cannot escape and wander but on the same note it's hard for cab drivers and Delivery people to deliver medications, Mobility assistive devices, and other medical aids. A Suggestion would be to have a "Service line" at the Front entrance Specifically for Deliveries or set up a loading and unloading area for Residents and Loved ones to take family members out for "Special occasions".

Was a student here for “ placement “ the staff on the first floor was so rude. The manager (their friend) takes up for them. The staff makes you feel as if you’re dumb and some of them comes off as racist. I remember one of the staffs making my classmate cry. So cruel. Overall the residents treat me better than the staff, believe me. Honestly I was super happy to finish my placement.

Each time i visited my mother,i live in the US,she was unwashed and had a stench of urine.
