I have been a long-time customer of Bella’s and Blooms, and in the past I have truly been blown away by their service and the beauty of their arrangements. On regular days, they typically create stunning, fresh floral designs that really stand out. However, I have noticed that during holidays they seem to become overwhelmed and sometimes forget important details of my order. This happened last Easter, and unfortunately, it happened again this Valentine’s Day. I ordered a bouquet of fresh tulips with roses, but when I arrived, the flowers had been placed in a vase instead. I let them know that I had specifically asked for a bouquet, and to their credit, they did provide a discount. However, when the bouquet was redone, it was not tied well at all and lacked the polished presentation I’ve come to expect. On an important day like Valentine’s Day, it’s not the best feeling to give flowers that don’t look fresh and are poorly arranged. Overall, I know Bella’s and Blooms is capable of beautiful work, as I’ve experienced it many times. But every holiday I’ve ordered for has felt a bit lackluster, and today was especially disappointing. I truly hope they can improve their organization during busy seasons because they have shown in the past that they are capable of excellent service. I will be starting to try other flower shops. Best experience I have had at a Flower shop! The ladies at this shop were so kind and helpful. They made the most gorgeous bouquet for my mums 70th that was custom to her favourite flowers. I would highly recommend anyone looking for flowers to go here.
