He gave me a fantastic demonstration of my phone and the camera as I wanted to take pictures of my daughters wedding in 2 weeks. I got a better plan and more coverage down in the States. View on GoogleThis Bell location is lying to seniors in order to scam their money. Yesterday, when my parents purchased two new phones, they were told that there was a mandatory $100 fee per phone on top of the device full price because they were purchasing the phones outright. When I called the store today, I was advised that the fee was for contact transfer, a new SIM (If needed) and something for accessories. I was also informed that it was optional. While they did end up getting new SIMs (that I don't believe they needed) and their contacts transferred, they were never informed that the fee was optional. They also did not leave with any accessories. Shame on this location for swindling seniors.

They didn't have the phone in stock because it was a new model, but they called around other stores for me, found one, and helped me set it up. I was transferring from an iPhone to a Samsung and could have been overwhelmed, but Amanda made the process so simple. Excellent service all around.
