Beer Store 4215

Sales associates don't even know their own product. Tried to buy bud light orange and was told it was discontinued. Recommended coors seltzers and bought a case twice. Came back a third time as was told they don't have it and they only sold "beer" products... questionable knowledge base.

This beer store serving north Welland does not have the beer or amounts (12, 24, 30 ) selections that Lincoln street has plus hours open is less. do not understand this. Welland is a beer drinking town. Tired of hearing if u want this brand or this amount either go to Lincoln St or Pelham!! WHY!!!

The encounter that I had with the big older lady working todays shift is disgusting and has no manners. Doesn’t greet u or have any respect for the customers there before things escalating I was thankfully greeted by a guy there who helped me out and it was unfortunate I still had to be cashed out by here. Will get her name and update this.

Even with just the trailer and not being able to return empties there yet because of remodelling it is still a convienent and friendly location..but even if it wasnt ,one simply gets over it shortly after a visit....😜😋

No offense to the people that work there but this Beer Store is a complete clusterfck. There is an 18 floor condo in Toronto that broke ground the same week as renovations started here.and it is now open and occupied. This is truly a case study in incompetence and marketplace apathy. Lincoln Street is now a zoo at the best of times but then again it is an interesting place to observe a truly diverse cross section of humanity. Bright side of life.....right!
