Beer Store 4206

Update Dec 14, 2025: I sent in a complaint a week ago to their head office and never received a response. Now, their employees treat you with no respect and neither does the head office. I will never buy anything from a Beer Store again. Hopefully, another company can take over the empties that will treat their customers with respect and dignity. Saturday Dec 06, 2025 at around 11:15 am I stopped at this bear store to pick up a case for someone. I didn't know where the beer was, and a very lovely and helpful woman helped me find it. I went to the cash register and waited for 2 minutes, but no one helped me. The woman in the back came out and cashed me out. However, when I was loading the case in my car a gentleman came out and said, "Are you going to pay for that.." I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Not only did he not see me standing in line, but he also didn't see his colleague cash me out and then accuse me of stealing. If it weren't for the woman who was friendly and helpful, I would never go back. Extremely disappointed.

They rip you off on returns. 🤷 Check your receipts.

This is the best best store. The selection is huge, and I can find everything I am looking for. Even international brands. Other stores don't have such a huge selection. I like that I can walk into the refrigerator so I can see what they have as opposed to only ordering at the counter. The service is great and there is a lot of parking. Worth the visit.

Always well stocked for local ,craft and imports and really friendly too. the only negative was this morning. The woman in the returns bay who yelled at me for not putting my bag of cans exactly where she wanted and proceeded to berate me for having sorted my bottles in my own containers and not transferred to the ones there.. she needs to learn the excellent customer service skills of her coworkers. Otherwise aside from that rare event it's an excellent beer store

Great location and easily accessible. High quantity of stock for all items. The staff also are courteous and knowledgeable about the products they hold. The store is already set up to enter and exist from different sections, making social distancing quite easy (when the patrons follow the guidelines). Arrows on the floor at the entrance indicate how to enter/exit safely.
