Bedham Hall Bed & Breakfast

This is by far the best B&B we’ve ever stayed at — we were truly impressed. Joyce and John are exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The Victorian-style design is beautifully thought out, well maintained, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was absolutely superb. We’ll definitely return whenever we’re in the area.

Fabulous breakfast, amazing room. Joyce was the perfect host. A short 2km walk to the falls, or a $12.00 uber ride. Will stay again if we are ever in the area.

WoW!! What a stunning B & B ✨️ we were greeted by lovely hosts Jon and Joyce. She gave us a tour of the beautiful 159 year old Victorian house and then showed us to our room. It was gorgeous and so elegant! The whole place was very clean and smelling fresh We had an amazing breakfast the next morning in the pretty dining room. I felt like a princess. The hosts were very kind and attentive. We felt like family from the first second we met them. Can't wait to go back again in a month 💛💫

We had a wonderful stay at Bedham bed and breakfast. The house, room, and garden were charming and peaceful. The location was perfect for us—close enough for a brisk walk or easy transit ride to the falls, and away from the busy atmosphere surrounding them. The highlight of our stay was the personal and attentive service given by Joyce. She ensured all our needs were met, going above and beyond by providing us with an early morning packed breakfast for our journey home. The food was wonderful. It was the perfect way to end our holiday and we definitely recommend Bedham Hall bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a special visit to Niagara Falls.

Very cute and warm vibes at Bedham Hall B&B! The room we stayed in is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The whole house is gorgeous and have a nice antique style. Breakfast was delicious and they were able to accomodate my food restriction. Everyone here was very warm, friendly and nice to us. We will definitely be back when visiting Niagara Falls :)
