Watch your bill when you cash out… Prices on the bottles not the same as the computer cash out.. Was charged more. Customer service….wow..not very professional at all, definitely not inviting either. Definitely won’t return.

Customer service is not the best. The lady kept giving me rude looks when I was just browsing. Customers should not be pressured to ask for help if not needed, as some of us just want to choose our own products to purchase in peace. I finally gave in and just asked for help since she looked like she didn't want me touching shampoo bottles, which I was only doing to look at ingredient lists as I am sensitive to certain cosmetic ingredients.

I had gotten a free sample of a product a few months back. I loved it but I lost the package. We couldn't figure out what product it was. Then the sales lady, suggested that I smell a few products to see if it triggers anything. I actually did and I purchased the deep conditioner. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name but She knows who She is. Thank you for your brilliant idea! 5 stars.

I purchased the one and only type of travel blow dryer this company carries. When I used if for the first time I realized that the nozzle was fixed. As I have arthritis, its difficult for me to use. Upon me returning it to the shop for my money back, I was told by a rather snooty sales associate that their policy does not refund only 'in store' credit. I usually don't shop at this type of shop. As I am recently widowed and was not totally focused nor did I pay attention to the sign on the cash register when I punched the item explaining the shop return policy. However, when I purchased the item I did ask the sales associate if I could bring back the item if it was not suitable and she said YES however, neglected to let me know that it would only be for an 'in store' credit. I am retired and on a fixed income not this shop has $57 of my money they are holding with no interest. I reached out to the corporate head office and they looked into the matter and asked the owner due to the circumstances if he would consider a one time kind gesture to refund my money as I had to go and purchase another travel hair dryer and he denied the corporate request. The owner of this shop must be a very cold and heartless person not to honour this request. I will NEVER shop there again after I have used the 'credit note', I have no idea how long this will take me to use up.....VERY DISAPPOINTED with the way this shop owner does business, I WILL NEVER SUGGEST THIS SHOP TO ANYONE.

As a Business owner I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with my hair. I put my faith in Michelle and gave her free range on what to do. The finish product was stunning. The amount of highlight and low lights set of my natural color in my complexion. I came there looking drained and came out beautiful. The colour has lasted and is still going strong. My hats off to you Michelle..
