I would give this place a 5 star if I had only ever gone to Pamm or Jaspreet who are absolutely amazing at threading . Perfect shaping , friendly , lovely and professional. Girl with super long hair did a very bad job . Rushed through my brows , horrible shape and took too much off .

I had a wonderful experience at this beauty salon! I came in for hair waxing, and Pooja did an amazing job. She was professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I recently visited Beauty 21 to get my eyebrows and upper lip done. Unfortunately, the lady with long hair who did my eyebrows was quite rude. She seemed tired or unwell, but the way she spoke and behaved made me feel very uncomfortable, as if she didn’t want to do the service at all. I really value good customer service, and this experience left me quite disappointed. If staff members behave as though they’re doing a favor rather than providing a service, it ruins the whole experience. I don’t think I’d want to visit again because of this.
