Individuals tend to write reviews when they are dissatisfied and often negative reviews are disproportionately posted which do not accurately reflect the service provided. My family and I have been patients for approximately 20 years and find the care we receive outstanding. The office staff is helpful and efficient. The doctors and medical staff are caring and knowledgeable and refer to specialists as needed. Dr. Aube and her nurse practitioner are great and I have never had anything but positive experiences with any of the doctors that have seen me. I often ask for a copy of my test results and they are sent the same day. We are so grateful for the opportunity for same day appointments in the Wellness Clinic and never once have I called at the stroke of 8:30 and not received a same day appointment. Dianne, in the lab, is so kind and has a great sense of humour which helps when anxious about blood tests. Thank you all for the exceptional care we receive!

As patients we come to the clinic in physical distress, but sadly leave with extreme mental distress and anguish after visiting this clinic....literally every time. From the moment they answer the phone, the staff is beyond rude, have zero patience, extremely unhelpful and rather condescending. It doesn't take much to be kind, but these women seem to go out of their way to be nasty. It seems as though being nasty is part of the hiring consideration here. Do the doctor here and management not read reviews?? People shouldn't feel dimissed and belittled when asking questions or for assistance - that is literally your job - to help people. It takes just as much effort to be kind and helpful as it does to be rude. This clinic should be ashamed of themselves to allow their staff to treat people the way they do. It is unacceptable. Treat people like humans, and don't take your bad day and terrible personalities out on others. Do better!

Reading these reviews regarding the reception staff and administrative staff is absolutely absurd. I'm speaking from experience working in a hospital environment for 17 yrs, then a family doctors office and it's not easy. The girls deal with calls not just from the hospitals but pharmacies, specialists offices, and obviously patients, not to mention difficult patients and everything needs to be prioritized. My husband and I have been coming to Beamsville Medical Group for several years and not once have we been treated by the reception with being rude or curt frankly the opposite. They are thoughtful, compassionate and take the time to listen to your issue. I'm positive that if you called with an absolute emergency (not an ER type) you will be seen, because I have been and so has my husband. Please give these wonderful girls a break and have some appreciation for the work they do.

Impossible to get an appointment, they work on first to call after 8:30 if you win the luck of the draw they see you that day. If not you get to call again each day until you win the lottery. I have tried now for 3 days each time no appt left, I have been in severe pain due to tendinitis in need of cortisol shot. I am leaving on 3 week holiday can not get in. No wonder our emergency rooms are over crowded. I am sure this rating will also fall on deaf ears.if looking for family doctor go else where.

Reception at this office is terrible. Doctors are great however you have to be super diligent and quite persistent about your health otherwise you won't get the care you need. Doctor Aube and NP Lori Z are by far the best doctors in there. They doctors need to seriously take a look at reception, scheduling, maybe listen to call recordings if your office has them. See for yourself how some of the receptionists work and how they deal with situations, and present themselves to patients on the phone and in person. We all realize that people can be hard to deal with, in general. However, if you hate your job, your life, that much? Maybe its time for a new field? The doctors should let the staff READ THESE REVIEWS HERE! The last receptionist called me a liar after I repeated what the NP told me seconds before during my appt., to her. And snottily said, "well, we dont do that." I said, yes, she does, she just told me to book it. Her response, "I don't think so". I said yet again, yes she does. Her response, I'll have to check myself ". My response, was go ahead, she literally JUST told me this. So she checked. Came back angry, with a WORSE attitude and booked me in, two days later, rather than THREE WEEKS later.
