Beamsville Fish And Chips

I should've double checked the menu which said the poutine had American cheese. Also there could have been more gravy added. Not bad, just different.

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Beamsville Fish and Chips. We paid almost $3 extra to substitute onion rings instead of fries with our fish, and it was a total rip off. Instead of the usual generous portion of fries, we only received about 10 onion rings. When we called to ask about it, we were told they only give 6oz of onion rings — something that is not clearly advertised when you’re ordering. If we had known we’d be getting such a small portion, we never would have paid extra. Definitely not worth the upcharge. Don’t order onion rings with your fish — you’ll regret it.

Straight forward, great Fish N Chips, good prices. Blut the most recent visit, I had just had 3 teeth so a little difficult to offer a fair review.

Have come here afew times. First time was wonderful. A girl was polite, kept checking up on us and the food was phenomenal. Last two times not so much.. mother and I ordered the sea food platter. I got rice, she got sweet potato fries. Rice was hard as a rock and uncooked, the shrimp and scallops looked like they were warmed up and were chewy as were the shrimp. Only thing that was half decent was the haddock. The fries were even cold. Fifteen minutes into the food the guy asked how it was. Responded truthfully as his reply was argumentative and dismissive. Did not try to correct or even offer any type of substitute. Instead we were found to be paying full price for a plate we barely ate. We will NOT be returning again.

Amount of food is worth the money as well as taste of food non greasy as other fish 🐟 and chips 🍟 can be. 1st time trying their food and I'll always call Beamsville fish and chips Welland location for my next fishfry craving! Absolutely recommended! 👌 👍 😉 😀
