Beamsville Diagnostic Imaging

I had my x-ray and ultrasound done here. The receptionist seemed a bit confused and took quite a long time to checked me in. Later, I realized I was checked in only for the ultrasound and x-ray was missing, which caused some inconvenience. However, the technicians were very nice, polite. The x ray technician was helpful, and answered my questions. The wait time was less than 15 mins. Overall, Good experience.

I had an x ray in this clinic few days ago, and the service was phenomenal. The ultrasound tech messed my order, and i had to wait for 30 mins, but the x-ray tech was very nice. He apologized for other's mistake and fit me in for x rays. He was very polite, and professional. He is very knowledgeable and a great guy. Front desk was not nice as they keep me wait for so long.

Appointments at this location can be difficult.Have had some good experience there over the years.Was recently in there for a exray and the technician was not having a good day.Seemed angry my knee position was not quick enough,as his muffled instructions from his inside booth was not understood,will go somewhere else in the future.Child like really.

I had an appointment at another imaging company but the time frame was. 6 weeks so we tried Beamsville Diagnostic. Right from reception I was treated by a true customer first attitude which was great. I was asked to forward the doctor’s requisition which was reviewed and I was called back within 10 minutes. I was given an appointment for the same day a few hours later and the technician who performed the Ultrasound Sound was as good an experience as the initial call at the reception earlier. I was in October 23, 2023 and was treated very well by the reception staff. My wait time was less than 5 mins. The Technician Courtney was exceptionally professional and made me feel at ease. She was kind, compassionate and her natural way calmed any nervousness I had. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I will definitely recommend to anyone that requires these services to go here.
