Alfred Beam Excavating Ltd

Alfred Beam Excavating has been doing work on York Road all summer in NOTL. They have repeatedly dug up and put back the same shoulder of the road multiple times while destroying the road. Their ability to manage the traffic flow is brutal, and their workers are content to block traffic and have a conversation in the middle of the road. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. Our tax dollars hard at work.
