We were referred to Dominic by a lawyer in the Niagara area. Dominic responded very quickly and listened patiently to our dilemma regarding our house insurance. He unfortunately could not be our broker because of location but he worked diligently to find a broker who could help us find the specific insurance we needed, reasuring us that things would be ok. We were recommended BCM Insurance by my grandma, and we are glad we chose them over any other option. Kelly Grondin was wonderful. Me and my partner just bought our first car and, as an inexperienced driver, rates were looking steep. We asked my grandma which insurance company she used and she told us she had been with BCM for over 30 years, so we gave them a call to see a quote. After giving all of our information to Kelly, our insurance advisor at BCM, we were pleased at the numbers she was able to get for us with excellent coverage. Her communication with us was fantastic and, even though it was our first time dealing with insurance and paperwork, she made it seamless to get around. I had a co worker pass along BCM for insurance as I was a first time car buyer/auto insurance and I have not regretted the experipence!!! Victoria was amazing needless to say honestly. I thought I could do this on my own and quickly realised that I needed help!! She not only helped fill in a lot of the holes in my knowledge but also was very patient and understanding and explained everything in a way that I understood in a very chaotic time. I was looking around as per usual and she understood and was patient. But the kicker to all of the above was when I kicked all the process in to gear she was amazing and not only pulled off a christmas miracle for me but was very efficent and quick in a very short time and worked with me and the dealership to get me on the road and running in a very short time with a time limit and pulled off the whole thing graciously and with understanding. If all of the agents at BCM are as good as Victoria I will pass them along to anyone who is looking for a wonderful experience through a tough time when insurance shopping.
