Honestly, I had a really good experience. The team was very helpful, they kept checking on me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I really felt like they gave me their full attention during the procedure, and that meant a lot.

10 out of 5 star! Dr.Olivieri and his staff are fantastic! Been seeing him with the whole family for 13+ years now. My kids have grown up always LOVING their experiences at the dentist. Will continue with Dr.O as our family dentist until all our teeth fall out or he retires…whichever comes first 🤣 🦷❤️

I recently had dentures made at this office, and there was a mix-up with the timing of my treatment plan. I had asked to do the top first and the bottom later, but both were completed together. When I brought this up, the staff handled the situation with great professionalism. The Office Manager, Marie (without the “e”), was especially fantastic—she listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and worked with me to make sure I felt supported and respected. I also want to mention Christine, the denturist, who did excellent work and made the process comfortable. Her skill and attention to detail gave me confidence in the final result. Mistakes can happen, but what matters most is how they’re addressed. In this case, Mari’s professionalism and Christine’s expertise stood out. Their integrity and patient-first approach gave me confidence, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or refer others here.

It was my first time receiving dental care in Canada, and I was quite nervous before the appointment. However, the staff and dentists were absolutely exceptional—friendly, kind, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable right away and took the utmost care throughout the entire visit. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and compassion. Highly recommended!
