Bathworks - St. Catharines Showroom

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service from Bathworks St. Catharines! I recently purchased a Riobel shower from Bathworks in St. Catharines, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the outstanding customer service I received. When the cartridge needed to be replaced, they handled it quickly and completely free of charge. Later on, the hose for the handheld portion of the shower broke, and once again, they replaced it at no cost—no hassle, no stress. It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind their products and treats their customers with this level of care and integrity. Bathworks has gone above and beyond for me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I’ll definitely be returning for future projects!

Sadly, Bathworks ruined my bathroom renovation. Tho the quality of the products we picked out were fine, the knowledge of the salesperson who assisted us was limited and she had advised us to purchasing incompatible items. Despite the owners insistence they are compatible, they are not. I have video and pictures that show this. Even with this proof and the word of the contractor and plumber, Bathworks will not honor their poor advice and is forcing my contractor to try to sell the item himself. Thankfully my contractor is willing to do this, but it doesn't change the fact that I didn't get the bathroom that I wanted. Be very careful if relying on advice from the staff. They will not own the product poor choices and allow the contractors to return items that are incompatible. Very disappointed

The quality of the cabinets was good, no complaints there. And I understand things are delayed due to COVID. But when our order was finally delivered, one cabinet was missing, and it was a struggle to finally track it down. Then, when the installer was putting the vanity in, we realized that the granite top was miscut, the sink was offcentre and too close to the back, meaning the taps wouldn’t fit. We decided after waiting three months, that we would live with this, and the installer made it work with a few adjustments. We waited another three months for the shower doors, but when they arrived, they were damaged and couldn’t be installed. The enamel coating on the sink started peeling almost immediately, the plumber said this was unacceptable, and would notify Bathworks. Almost one year later, no resolution

Bought our entire en-suite bath fixtures from this place, spent around 4000 before taxes. I tried to exchange one of the spout 90 for the handheld part of the shower hose because of the way the threads were designed, and they wouldn’t reach the fitting in the wall. They wouldn’t exchange that spout for me, saying that it was because I bought the shower as a kit (rain head, thermostatic controller etc..) and they cannot resell individual pieces from a kit even tho it’s complete with its own part number and label and instruction booklet.. they wanted me to purchase the new elbow piece, at a cost to me of another 25 dollars. I understand that it’s a kit and all, but I guess I just expected decent customer service considering how much money I spent. I mean all said and done, that’s under a percent of what I paid there.

What a great place to do business! We've bought our bath products there for a number of projects and the service is always fantastic. Today we blew a hose on an 8 yr old faucet that we bought there. They don't stock parts but just happened to have the appropriate one (The gentlemen at the counter had to know that although the hose was not Jaido but American Standard, it would likely fit) and gave it to me for free. Our faucet is back in shape. My wife and I highly recommend this location of Bathworks!
