First class service- my dear plumber, Joe, suggested Bathroom and Kitchen Solutions on Bunting to purchase a Toto Ultramax 2 toilet. Being a Friday afternoon, I just assumed it would be delivered Monday at the earliest. Laurie (?) obviously put a rush on it because lo and behold , I received a call Saturday morning that it had arrived. My plumber picked it up and installed it that day. It’s been a while since I experienced that type of service and I’m grateful. Thank you!

I purchased a home and the shower in the washroom was in rough shape and needed parts. It was a brand that I was not familiar with so I did a search and this store was one of their suppliers. I went there and spoke to Sarah who gave me the contact email for the manufacturer to have them cover it under the lifetime warranty. I followed up with the manufacturer and they declined my request. I let Sarah know the response I got and she took it upon herself to reach out to the company directly. She was able to have the parts covered under the warranty. She was a pleasure to deal with especially since this whole process did not make them any money. Also responded very quickly to emails and calls. Love places like this that are ran by quality people.

This store was my go-to for all my kitchen and bathroom supplies. David and Laura are extremely knowledgeable with the products and have always been very helpful when I had questions or concerns. Now that I've moved out of the area, I miss their helpfulness, their attention to detail, and the personalized experience I enjoyed with every transaction.

This review is a little late but over past two to three years, they have assisted in renovations of my mother's bathroom and they have assisted us in our own replacement of fixtures, etc. Although there were hiccups along the way through COVID, etc., David, Laura and their staff always worked with us and made things right. Thank you for being business owner's who care and take care of their customers.

We are so happy with our bathroom renovation. It’s beautiful. Exactly what we wanted. We have an older home with many renovation/ construction challenges David was wonderful to work with. Very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Jerri was a master at his trade. I would highly recommend this company!
