Store is organized pretty well and fully stocked, staff are nice, was easy to find what I was looking for. It’s a shame they don’t have boxing week sales on yet… the company as a whole spams my email all year long and then completely flops when you really have a reason to shop here.

I asked a worker if she knew where a specific sent was. She abruptly said no we don’t carry it. Come to see through my own Browsing that they have everything in this scent. She was more interested in talking to her coworker. Horrible. This is a limited edition sent, and if I were to have listened to her, I wouldn’t have been able to get it.

This is a company problem not a store problem Using red 40 in there soaps That’s disgusting someone should be stopping them as I will not be using the soap unless it’s not in it Red 40, a synthetic food dye, may cause DNA damage, inflammation, and other health problems in mice. However, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) says food dyes are safe when used as directed. Potential health effects DNA damage: Red 40 can damage DNA in vitro and in vivo. Inflammation: Red 40 can cause inflammation in the colon and rectum of mice. Immune system tumors: Red 40 may accelerate the appearance of immune-system tumors in mice.

Great store with friendly staff. Seems there's a scent for everything. Quiet unique ones too. Fun to come in and you can try most products. For a place which has so many scents you surprisingly smell very little around you. Fast checkout. There are little cards you can use to smell products too. Do like the seasonal decor.

Last Saturday my mother and I visited the store looking for a specific car insert scent. We found the one we were looking for but of course also wanted to take advantage of the sale they were having. There were a few scents my mom was interested in but we didn't see any of them to purchase, only the testers. The associate that helped us was really friendly and looked in the drawers to see if she could find any of what my mom was looking for. She answered all of our questions but didn't make us feel bombarded or pressured to buy anything. I also wanted to point out this lovely pride display they had set up. It was so cute, and the scent was great as well! I do find them to be pricy for what you're getting which is the reason for only four stars, but of course I understand prices are determined by the company and not the store or it's employees.
