From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and genuine warmth that made the visit truly memorable. 🍦 Delicious Treats: The range of flavours was fantastic — rich, creamy, and perfect on a warm day. Every scoop tasted fresh and made with real care. 🌟 Outstanding Service: A special shout-out to Vaneet, whose customer service was absolutely exceptional. She was attentive, cheerful, and went above and beyond to help with recommendations. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made all the difference and turned a simple ice cream run into a delightful experience. Whether you’re looking for a sweet treat with friends or just a refreshing dessert to brighten your day, this shop is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommended!

I had the BEST experience at Baskin Robbins! The ice cream was insanely good—so fresh, creamy, and full of flavor—and the service was super fast. But what really made my visit amazing was Toleen. She was so kind, sweet, and welcoming, and genuinely made my day better with her positive energy. You can tell she truly cares about customers, and that makes such a difference. This is hands down the best ice cream place, and Toleen is the best—give her all the praise! I’ll 100% be coming back. P.S. I recommend the caramel turtle ice cream!

Baskin Robbins at Glendale has amazing ice cream flavors but also great customer service. I'd like to especially mention a staff member by the name of Sarah, she always gives great customer service! I highly recommend this location.

Been there to get mango ice cream , we got take home for 19.99 which was not filled properly , very disappointing and worse service ever, on top we tried to scan the reward card , we were told it’s not being scanned. Even if she counted the scoops, the scoops were not full either.when your pre packet comes filled upto the top why it’s given partially filled to us ???
